2. What to include in your grievance

• Any relevant details — dates, the page involved, or screenshots — that help us understand the matter.
• If you are acting for someone else (e.g. as a nominee or guardian), tell us in what capacity.

3. How we handle it — and our timeline

• We acknowledge your grievance promptly after receiving it.
• We review and respond with an outcome within 90 days of receipt, as required under the DPDP Rules.
• We may contact you to verify your identity or ask for more information before we can act.

4. Related rights

5. Escalating to the Data Protection Board of India

If you have used our internal grievance mechanism and remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India, the authority established under the DPDP Act. The Board expects complainants to have first attempted resolution through the Data Fiduciary’s own grievance process, which is why we ask you to contact us first.
